Look what's coming to boot camp!

Today I did a workshop called 'I Flow'. Once I figure this out, you can look forward to doing this full body workout at camp. It's sort of a blend of yoga, pilates, and resistance training all rolled into one!

    I'm in love with I flow. What an awesome workout. I definitely felt the resistence. Like the idea of blending - yoga, pilates...Can't wait for lesson 2.

    Switching our routines is a great way to keep us booters motivated. I enjoy challenging myself without realizing it.
